Learning Systems Built to Order
Catalogue, enrolment, cohorts, roles and reporting — with an authoring model that lets a course change without resetting everyone who is partway through it.
Industry — E-Learning & EdTech
We build LMS and training software for teams who have to author content on a deadline, prove who completed what, meet accessibility obligations, and keep video delivery from outgrowing the budget. The course player is rarely the hard part.

Learning platforms demo well and get difficult later — when a subject-matter expert has to correct a module people are already halfway through, when a completion record has to stand up to an auditor, when the accessibility review comes back with findings, or when the first full month of video egress is billed. Aryavos builds for that stage: versioned content that does not orphan progress, assessments you can defend, interfaces built against WCAG success criteria, SCORM and xAPI packages tested in the LMS you actually run, and delivery costs modelled before you commit to a format. Which accessibility and data-protection obligations are in scope is agreed per engagement.

What We Build
Catalogue, enrolment, cohorts, roles and reporting — with an authoring model that lets a course change without resetting everyone who is partway through it.
Training for employees, partners and customers in one place, where job role, division and location decide what someone is assigned instead of a spreadsheet uploaded each quarter.
Onboarding paths created from the hire record rather than a ticket, wired to your HR system, with a stalled starter visible to their manager instead of discovered at the probation review.
Recurring certification cycles, renewal reminders, evidence of completion and an audit record — designed to support the reporting your regulator or internal audit asks you for.
Live sessions, recordings, attendance and breakout groups, with a recording pipeline that transcodes once and reuses the output rather than re-encoding per viewer.
Apps that download a module, track progress with no signal, and reconcile completions on reconnect — including the rules for what wins when device and server disagree.
Engineering Stack
Chosen for the parts that get hard at scale — content storage, video transcoding, search across a large catalogue, and reports that run over years of learner records.

How We Work
The things that tend to decide whether a platform is still being used a year after launch, rather than only during the fortnight everyone was told to log in.
Completion curves fall off once the launch push ends. We design for the second month — modules short enough to finish on a phone, reminders that respect a working day, and manager visibility, because learning is competing silently against real work.
Divisions, regions, contractors and franchisees rarely fit one permission model. We build hierarchy, delegated administration and reporting scopes so a regional lead sees their people and nobody else's.
Completion counts are the easy part. We build the reports your L&D and compliance teams have to produce anyway — by cohort, by role, by renewal date — and make them exportable rather than screenshot-only.
Role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, and retention rules for learner records. Which obligations apply — accessibility standards, data protection law, sector training rules — is agreed at the start and designed in, not retrofitted after the audit.
If every content change needs a developer, the platform stops being updated by March. We build drafting, review and publishing workflows for subject-matter experts, with versions and a publish step that does not break learners mid-course.
Video is usually the largest line on the bill. We size the encoding ladder, caching and CDN strategy against your real viewing patterns, and tell you what streaming will cost before you commit to a format.
Platform Capabilities
None of it is difficult on its own. It gets difficult when an update has to reach people mid-course, a completion has to be defensible months later, and the whole thing has to work on a phone in a warehouse.
Paths driven by role, location, tenure and prior completions, so people are assigned what they need automatically — and a change of job reassigns them instead of leaving them on last year's curriculum.
Engagement, completion, assessment and time-on-module data queryable across years of records, with scheduled exports into the reporting tool your business already runs on.
Download a module, work through it with no signal, and sync completions on reconnect — with defined rules for what wins when the device and the server disagree.
Item banks with randomised selection, attempt limits and timing, server-side scoring so answers never reach the client, and certificates that expire and prompt a renewal. Scores stay defensible when someone disputes them.
SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 and xAPI packages tested in the LMS and LRS you actually run, plus HR, identity and calendar integration through SSO and open APIs. Conformance on paper and behaviour in the wild are different things.
Recommendations and difficulty adjustment driven by assessment results rather than clicks, and search that finds the one rule buried inside a recorded session instead of returning the whole course.
We map the learner journeys, the systems you already run and the obligations in scope before anyone writes code — including who authors content and how often it changes.
Wireframes and prototypes first, checked for keyboard and screen-reader use while they are still cheap to change.
Built in small, deployable increments, so you see working software early enough to redirect it before decisions harden.
Functional, accessibility and load testing, plus SCORM and xAPI conformance checks run in the LMS you actually use.
An NDA before the engagement starts. Your code, your content and your learner data stay yours throughout.
Runbooks and documentation at handover, then an agreed support arrangement — dependency updates, incident response and the next round of changes.
Frequently Asked Questions
That depends on the change, which is why the platform should let you choose. We treat a published course as immutable and publish edits as a new version. Per change you then decide whether in-flight learners stay on the version they started, move across with their progress mapped module by module, or are asked to redo one specific part. A corrected typo and a restructured assessment are not the same event, and a platform that treats them the same either wipes progress nobody wanted to lose or leaves people certified against content you have withdrawn.
The problem, who it's for, and where you are now. That's enough for us to come back with something useful.

What happens after you send it
A developer reads it, not an auto-responder. Expect questions about scope and constraints first, then a suggested way to start.
